3PL

  • Third Party Logistics
  • providers that manage a business’s logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping
    • In order to reduce costs, we decided to work with a 3PL.
    • Since logistics has become so complicated over the last century, it makes sense to outsource your shipping needs to a 3PL.

Up in the air

  • something that can’t be decided now because the details have not yet been decided.
    • I have contacted all the necessary people but until you give me an exact date, everything is still up in the air because they can’t confirm their attendance.
    • I don’t know if I can go to the wedding because too many things are still up in the air. My mother is in hopsital, my daughter has a game and my wife is travelling.
