Beat the heat is an expression commonly used on hot days. Right now as I am writing this post I am beating the heat with a giant fan blowing in my face, much like the girl in the cover photo.
BEAT THE HEAT
- Idiom
- used to say you are finding ways to stay cool when the wheather is hot.
- Make sure you stay hidrated to be@t the heat.
- In order to beat the he@t, we open the windows in the early morning when it’s fresh outside and then turn the shades down during the hotter hours.
